SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not accept international orders at this time. This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Please note that we cannot ship to BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses or PO Box addresses.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard UK Delivery: £12.00 Free Delivery on orders over £150.00 Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total. The free delivery threshold applies to the order subtotal before any discounts or promotional codes are applied. We reserve the right to change our shipping rates at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website, and the rates displayed at checkout will be the rates applied to your order.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched with tracking information where available. During busy periods such as holidays or special promotions, processing times may be longer. We will notify you if there are any delays with your order.

DELIVERY TIME

Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays, may affect delivery times. The total time from order placement to delivery is generally 4-8 working days, including processing and delivery time.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Where available, you will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this information to track your parcel's progress with the courier. If you have not received tracking information within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, they will typically leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please follow the courier's instructions to arrange redelivery. Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your order appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [your email address] with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with you and the courier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Incorrect Address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee we will be able to change the address once the order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY TO BUSINESS ADDRESSES

If you are ordering for delivery to a business address, please include the company name in the delivery address. This will help ensure smooth delivery during business hours.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

Depending on the value and contents of your order, the courier may require a signature upon delivery. If you will not be available to sign for your delivery, please consider having the parcel delivered to an alternative address where someone will be available.

ORDERS PLACED ON WEEKENDS AND BANK HOLIDAYS

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Please allow extra time for processing and delivery during holiday periods.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

As we only ship within the UK, there are no customs charges or import duties applicable to your order.
