Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
This Policy applies to all purchases made through DYB Fundraising Ltd (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) via https://doyourbit.shop/, regardless of whether the purchaser (“You”, “Your”) is a business or individual consumer.
Placing an order and its acceptance.
By placing an order, you agree to the Policy set out below.
Placing Your order. Please follow the onscreen prompts to place an order. Each order is an offer by You to buy the goods (“Goods”) or services (“Services”) specified subject to the terms in this Policy.
Offer to treat: Our Goods and/or Services listed on Our Website constitute an invitation to treat and do not amount to a contractual offer by Us.
Offer: By placing an order for any Goods and/ or Services, you make an offer to purchase them in accordance with the terms in this Policy.
Acceptance: A legally binding contract between Us and You is formed only when We expressly accept Your offer by confirming Your order and receiving payment in full. For consumer purchases, this process complies with the requirements of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including all applicable pre-contract information obligations and statutory consumer rights.
Where applicable in B2B transactions, your order constitutes an offer to purchase the Goods and/ or Services. Acceptance occurs when We issue an order confirmation to You or receive full payment. However, where We have agreed with You that the Goods and/ or Services will be supplied on invoice and paid for in accordance with Our applicable payment terms, Acceptance shall occur when We both confirm Your order and issue the corresponding invoice. In either case, a legally binding agreement comes into force only upon such Acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse Your order. In such circumstances, where We have already received funds from You, we will return these funds to You without undue delay.
Correcting input errors: Our order process allows You to check and amend any errors before submitting Your order to Us. Please check the order carefully before confirming it. You are responsible for ensuring that Your order and any specification submitted by You is complete and accurate.
If We cannot accept Your order: If We are unable to supply You with the Goods and/ or Services for any reason, we will inform You of this by email and We will not process Your order. If You have already paid for the Goods and/ or Services, we will refund You the full amount including any delivery or shipping charges without undue delay.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Please allow extra time for processing and delivery during any UK public holiday or any holiday period during which the Bank of England is closed for business.

Products and Descriptions
Please see Our Online Terms and Conditions which detail the warranties We give to You about Our Goods and Services.
The prices of the Goods and Services will be as quoted on Our site at the time You submit Your order.
We Use Our best efforts to ensure that the prices of Goods and Services are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. It is always possible that, despite Our efforts, some of the Goods and Services on Our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices as part of Our dispatch procedures so that:
where the Goods' or Services’ correct price is less than the price stated on Our site, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Goods and/ or Services to You; and
if the Goods' or Services' correct price is higher than the price stated on Our site, We will contact You as soon as possible to inform You of this error and We will give You the option of continuing to purchase the Goods and/ or Services at the correct price or cancelling Your order. We will not process Your order until We have Your instructions. If We are unable to contact You Using the contact details You provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify You in writing. However, if We mistakenly accept and process Your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by You as a mispricing, We may cancel the supply of the Goods and/or Services and refund You any sums You have paid.
Prices for Our Goods and Services may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order You have already placed.
The price of Goods and Services include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK for the time being. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of Your order and the date of delivery, We will adjust the VAT You pay, unless You have already paid for the Goods and/ or Services in full before the change in VAT takes effect.
